These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern access to and use of the PayToShine platform accessible at https://paytoshine.com.

PayToShine is a service that allows users to participate in a public ranking by making payments to improve their visibility.

Using our service implies full acceptance of these terms.

Access to PayToShine is open to any adult or person with parental authorization.

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their connection data.

PayToShine reserves the right to suspend or delete access to any user who does not comply with these terms.

Ranking Participation

• The minimum participation amount is $1.10
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• The position in the ranking depends on the amount paid
• Participations are public and visible to all

Submitted Content

The user undertakes not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory or infringing on the rights of others
• Pornographic, violent or shocking in nature
• Containing viruses or malicious code
• Violating third-party intellectual property

Payments: Payments are made by credit card via Stripe. They are immediate and secure.

Refunds: No refunds are possible once participation is validated and displayed in the ranking.

Disputes: In case of fraudulent payment or technical error, contact us within 48h at contact@paytoshine.com.

PayToShine undertakes to:

• Provide a service accessible 24/7 as much as possible
• Protect personal data in accordance with GDPR
• Moderate inappropriate content

The user is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information provided
• The content they submit
• Compliant use of the service

PayToShine retains all rights to its platform, design and functionalities.

The user retains their rights to the content they submit but grants PayToShine a license to use it for public display.
