These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the sale of visibility services on the PayToShine platform, operated by PayToShine.

Pricing

💰 Minimum amount

The minimum participation amount is $1.10 incl. tax

Pricing principle

  • The minimum participation amount is $1.10 incl. tax for the first participant
  • For subsequent participants: the amount must be higher by 10 cents to 50 cents than the previous participant
  • The higher the amount, the better the ranking position

  • No additional fees are added to the chosen amount

📊 Automatic suggestions

The platform automatically calculates the minimum required amount (between 10 and 50 cents more than the current leader) to ensure your positioning at the top of the ranking.

Order and Payment

Order Process

  2. Choose your investment amount
  3. Validation and secure payment
  4. Immediate display in the ranking

Payment Methods

  • Credit card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Immediate and secure payment
  • Email confirmation of the transaction
  • Automatic invoicing available on request

🔒 Security: All payments are processed by Stripe, global leader in online payments, compliant with PCI DSS standards.

Service Execution

Execution Time

The service is provided immediately after payment validation. Your participation appears instantly in the public ranking.

Service Duration

  • Permanent display in the ranking (except upon deletion request)
  • Position updated automatically according to new participations
  • Access to visibility statistics

⚠️ Important: Positioning may change if other users invest higher amounts.

Right of Withdrawal

❌ No right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the express prior agreement of the consumer.

By validating your participation, you expressly agree that the service be executed immediately (display in the ranking) and waive your right of withdrawal.

Alternative: Deletion upon request

Although no refund is possible, you can request deletion of your participation from the ranking at any time by contacting: contact@paytoshine.com

Limitations

  • We do not guarantee a specific number of visitors
  • Positioning may change according to other participations
  • We reserve the right to moderate inappropriate content

Limitation of Liability

PayToShine cannot be held responsible for:

  • Commercial results obtained through visibility
  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
  • Content submitted by users
  • Indirect damages or loss of revenue

In case of proven service malfunction, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the concerned participation.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are subject to French law.
